New SmartVault Folder - Forms You May Need

We hope that you have enjoyed using SmartVault so far, and that you are able to view your documents with ease. We have recently added a new folder to your vault. The new Forms You May Need folder gives you quick access to some basic forms that may be helpful for your business:

  • W-9 form for contractors to complete in order to send them a 1099 form in January.

  • 2020 W-4 form required for new employees or for existing employees to update information.

  • I-9 form required for new employees.

  • Authorization for Direct Deposit for new employees for updates to existing employees bank information for payroll.

And for the security of your information, please remember to always upload any newly completed forms to the Send to Business by the Book folder, located in your Accounting Services 2020 folder and alert your account manager that they are saved there. You can access your vault here.
