What to Expect

Discovery Call
During this call, you will meet with our Director of Client Services. We will learn about your business and your accounting needs, and we will explain our process to you and how we can help.
We will prepare a proposal for you that includes any retroactive or catch-up accounting that may be needed, as well as a recurring monthly package.

Onboarding + Retroactive Accounting
During the onboarding phase, you will work directly with our Director of Client Services and her team. They will complete any retroactive accounting that is necessary.
Retroactive work can take anywhere from 6-18 weeks, depending on the amount of catch-up work required.

Recurring Accounting Services
Your dedicated team - consisting of a Senior Account Manager, an Account Manager and an Assistant Account Manager - will manage your monthly accounting services.
Your service agreement will be reviewed annually unless you request a change to the Scope of Work.
