Assistance with your Loan Application

Good afternoon,

We wanted to take a moment to check in with you again. We are thinking of each of you during this time and want to provide an update about how our team can assist you in the coming days.

Many of you have already begun the process of applying for assistance from the CARES Act resources available at this time. If you are not familiar with these programs, please refer earlier blogs on our website.

If you need specific reports, payroll documents, or other forms, please email your Account Manager directly. We’ll need to know which CARES Act program you are applying for (SBA Loan, Payroll Protection Program (PPP), or Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)) and what exact information you need.  

To assist you as quickly as possible, we are putting the following processes in place.

SmartVault Folder - At the beginning of 2020, we created a SmartVault account for you and if you have not activated or received the invitation, please let us know. In your SmartVault account is a new folder titled SBA Loan Documents informational folder. You’ll find all of your documents in one organized and secured folder. 

Timeline - Several of the applications are available now. However, the Payroll Protection Program will be available on Friday, April 3. We want to provide the most efficient service to our clients and we will provide individual attention on a first come, first serve basis. Again, for assistance, please reach out to your Account Manager as soon as possible to inform them of your needs during this time.
